| We specialize in two cuts of steak: 14 oz.
Ribeye Steaks, also known as Prime Rib Steaks, and 12
oz. Striploin Steaks, or "the New York Steak".
The cost is $14.00 each for the Ribeyes and $12.00
each for the Striploins (prices are subject to change).
Add an average shipping cost of $35.00 per package. |

Also known as "Prime Rib", these delicious steaks are the personal favourites of thebeefman. They are the least lean but undoubtedly have the most flavour.

| Thawing Instructions |

| Thaw steaks in their vacuum package in a cold water bath for approximately thirty minutes. They can also be thawed overnight in the refrigerator. |
